Our Team
Paige Berger, LCSW
Hey there! I’m Paige Berger, but around here, the kids usually call me Mrs. Hamburger (don’t ask, it’s a thing!). I’ve been a therapist for six years, but my experience goes way beyond that—before diving into therapy, I spent several years in caretaking roles. I’ve worked in all kinds of settings: therapeutic schools, private practice, hospitals, community agencies, and even domestic violence and emergency removal shelters. So, I’ve seen it all!
I’ve got both a bachelor’s and a master’s degree in Social Work (and my LCSW clinical license), but what really lights me up is helping people—and especially families—on their journey to growth and healing. While I’ve worked with all ages, I have a special love for connecting with adolescents and tapping into that playful, inner child energy that makes working with teens so rewarding.
I know being a parent is no easy task! I specialize in parent coaching, family therapy, and tackling everything from school truancy to anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral challenges. Life gets complicated, and I’m here to help you navigate it all with a little guidance and a lot of heart.
I’m a big fan of using evidence-based approaches like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT). But beyond the “therapy talk,” I’m all about making sessions fun and creative! If your kid loves art, music, dance, or just wants to get mindful for a bit—I’m on board. Let’s find what clicks with your family and make therapy feel like a space where everyone can be themselves.
This is YOUR family’s space. My goal is for you all to feel heard, respected, and safe as we work together. If you’re looking for someone who goes the extra mile for your family and thinks about the bigger picture—like the environment, family dynamics, and community resources—then I’d be thrilled to be a part of your journey!
