Therapy That’s Fun, Engaging, and All About Your Child’s Needs
Beth knows that kids learn best when they’re having fun! She uses creative, hands-on activities to help children express themselves and develop new skills. Whether it’s play-based therapy, art activities, or therapeutic games, Beth makes therapy a positive and enjoyable experience that keeps kids engaged and excited to learn.
Her therapy methods include:
Play-based therapy – Learning through play helps kids express themselves and build new skills in a relaxed, fun way.
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) – Teaching kids to recognize and challenge unhelpful thoughts, replacing them with healthier, more positive patterns.
Art and creative activities – Helping kids express their emotions and ideas through drawing, painting, and other creative outlets.
Therapeutic games and books – Making learning feel like play while addressing real challenges like anxiety, anger, and social skills.
Beth’s approach is all about strengths—focusing on what your child is good at and building from there. She creates a positive, safe environment where kids feel comfortable being themselves and working through their challenges.
