Katie Backman, MSW Candidate
Katie is a practicum student from Aurora University School of Social Work. Katie is currently a generalist student who is interested in working with clients ages 4 through Adults. Katie has a background in working with clients that receive disability services and supports as a coordinator and is expanding her knowledge in private practice for individuals and groups. Katie uses CBT, person centered therapy, play therapy and family support to care for our clients. Katie is warm and inviting and enthusiastic about working with clients with varying needs such as: ADHD, Developmental Disabilities, Autism, Depression, Life Transitions, Social skill building and more.
